职责描述:
1. KOLs engagement
1.1 Responsible for identifying and updating regional KOLs (nationalKOLs if applicable) list to engage within assigned Therapy Area.
1.2 Responsible for profiling regional KOLs (national KOLs ifapplicable), design and implement individual KOL engagement plan.
1.3 Maintain robust and long-terms professional relationships withregional experts, particularly KOLs, by regular on field visit and othermedical initiatives defined by KOLs engagement plan.
2. Regional Medical Plan and Initiatives
2.1 Responsible for establishing regional medical plan and designmedical initiatives, consistent with central medical strategy andregional medical needs.
2.2 Responsible for developing and maintaining annual regional medicalbudget requests and ensuring the approval budgets are being managed and tracked.
2.3 Plan, organize and conduct regional initiatives in relevant TA.
2.4 Conduct KOLs visit according KOLs engagement plan, record the visitreport and insight collection by appropriate system, like VEEVA CRM.
3. Regional Medical Expertise
3.1 Build reputation as regional TA expert participating in appropriateinternal network across Medical, Marketing, Trainings and sales functions.
3.2 Provide medical insight and support for regional market/salesactivities as appropriate accordance with all local and regional guidelines.

1. Level of Education
1.1 Master degree in Medical or Life science is required, doctoraleducation is preferred.
2. Working Experience in Relevant Field
2.1 Either ≥1 year working experience in clinical practice and/or inmultinational pharmaceutical company or ≥2 year relevant work experience.
2.2 More than 2 prior MSL experience with a track record of success inmultinational pharmaceutical company are required
2.3 Clinical experiences within relevant TAs are preferred.
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills
3.1 Fundamental knowledge of clinical study methodology.
3.2 Customer focused with excellent communication and influencing skillsthat can impact at regional level.
3.3 Highly medical project management skills to deliver on complex taskswithin timeframe and manage milestones.
4. Travel Requirements:
4.1 MSL is a field-based role and the successful candidate would beexpected to >50% work days on field. 4.2 The successful candidate willalso be expected to travel during the holidays as required by thebusiness need.
