主要岗位职责：作为医院项目建设的核心成员，提供医院建设及试运营的执行、指导及行政管理确保杭州英慈科谊医院可以准时开业。并在未来医院开业后担任护理要职。


Responsibilitie********
职责:
1. As a key member for hospital commissioning team, under the leadershipof Hospital CEO an******** H******** deliver the commitment on time.
作为医院试运营团队的主要成员，在医院首席执行官和IHG 总部的领导下，及时履行承诺。

2. Work with IHG executive team to formulate the strategic plan forhospital ******** establish the hospital’s annual goals &object******** the action plan, budget plan an******** of the costassessment from project management perspective.
与IHG执行团队合作，制定医院发展战略计划，从项目管理的角度确定医院的年度目标，行动计划，预算计划以及成本评估的实施。

3. Take the role as key rep from en******** perspect******** regularlystudy an******** national an******** authority re******** policyan********, make sure hospital all activities in line with nationalstandar******** ******** construct******** opening an********management, make sure pass all evaluation to abstain relate******** .
从行业专业角度，整理和宣教健康行业国家标准，感染控制要求，政策法规的升级变化，确保医院各方面工作从设计，实施到最后营运符合国家要求，顺利获取国家要求相关证照。

4. Take active role in hospital construction per******** especiallyhospital facility relate********, to make sure the plann**************** construct******** internal decoration…. works are put patientsafety into consideration base******** National Standards an********requirements from hospital facility management perspective.
在机构设计，建设装修装饰等工作过程中担当重要的角色，确保所有项目的工作，尤其在与后勤相关的部分参照JCI的要求达成以病患为中心。

5. According to the requirements of the Hospital for informationconstruction an******** stan******** take active role from care giverperspective work closely with IT team an******** information suppliersto make system can be run smoothly an********.
根据集团集中采购原则，工作中积极支持，合作和帮助完善集团供应链管理。

6. Identify the gap of safety care an******** from hospitalplann******** construction an********-term operat******** coordinatean******** relate******** programs for partners an******** teams.
关注安全工作，保障医院设计,建设和营运把患者安全作为首要考虑任务，协调和组织相关的培训项目，可以在建设和开业过程给到相关团队进行系统培训。

与试运营团队制作护理人员配置、培训及未来发展。
