职责描述：
This position is responsible for the overall management an********development of the pharmacy operational services to meet ********national an******** standards in medicines management an********requirements.
Provides superv******** direction an******** of all pharmacy operationsto support patient care an******** performance improvement. Theseinclude services provide********:
Pharmaceutical Supply Unit - ******** distribution an******** stores;Pharmacy procurement an******** information services; PharmacyIntravenous Aseptic Services (PIVAS) Unit; Quality Assurance Team;Electronic Prescribing Unit – Pharmacy an******** IT system businessmodules as usual support.
为药学部的正常运作提供监督、指导与协调支持，以保障患者服务并促进持续进步。受管服务包括：
药品供应 – 配药、发药、运输、存储；药房采购与商务信息服务；静脉用药调配中心；质量保障；电子处方 – 药房和化疗IT系统模块的日常支持

任职要求：
1.Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm/MSc), PharmD or equivalent.药学硕士学位、药学博士学位、或同等学位
2.Post graduate clinical pharmacy (hospital) in Oncology or equivalent experience.在医疗机构完成肿瘤学临床药学进修或同等经历，
Minimum 5 years post registration experience within a tertiary hospital environment.拥有不低于5年的三级医疗机构注册执业经验，
Critical care experience is desirable.拥有重症监护经验者优先考虑。
3.Hol******** val********/ certificate for practicing as aRegistere******** in China.持有中国执业药师职业资格证书。
4.Knowledge of the Professional Codes of Con******** Ethics an********an******** implications for practice.熟悉执业行为准则、道德规范及职业素质要求。
Knowledge of the JCI Requirements for Clinical Pharmacy operations.熟悉JCI 临床药学运营相关标准。
Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of Pharmacy software an********.熟练使用电脑，以及药学系统。
