Serve as technical expert to provide day-to-day application support tocustomer in assigned regions. Maintain technical expertise to provideconsultancy and support on marketing strategy and activity.

Work is performed under the general direction of Marketing Manager ofBusiness Unit.
Requirements / 要求
Education / 教育背景
Bachelor degree in related disciplines and 2 years clinical workingexperience, major in ophthalmology is pre-ferred
Or Master degree or above in related disciplines

Experience /经验
2+ years clinical experience

Job Description

Main Tasks / 主要任务
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

­Provide external after-sales application training to customer inassigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction ofCZ product. It will include post-install training on ma-chine operationand follow-up in-depth training on clinical application for definedproduct. 50%
­Support pre-sale by advance demo 20%
­Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assignedregions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar,guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc. 15%
­Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities andsales aids 15%
­Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
