Key Duties an****************
The primary duties are to provide day-to-day management support to theestablishment of the School of Medicine including
1. Lea******** team of administrative staff to carry out organizationalwork smoothly an********;
2. Oversee an******** School matters such as academic & studentaffair******** human resource******** finance/ researc********facilitie******** hospitals project etc;
3. Work closely with local an******** counterparts such as The ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong, overseas un******** local governmentagenc******** hospitals an******** stakeholders;
4. Assist the Director in strategic planning an******** projects;
5. Supervise staff an******** general office administration;
6. Other assignments as prescribe******** the Director of the JointPlanning Office for the School of Medicine.
Qualifications an****************
1. Bachelor or higher degree;
2. A minimum of 12 year post-qualification executive or relevantexperience with sol******** in tertiary ******** with at least 6 yearsat a senior management level, preferably in a medical school or ahospital setting;
3. Goo******** in both written an******** language skills in English an********;
4. Ability an******** to work ******** show initiative an******** fullresponsibility for completion of tasks;
5. Knowledge about assurance of academic quality is highly preferable;
6. Strong analytical an******** skills;
7. Strong leadership an******** skills with the ability to buil********interpersonal relationships with stakeholders;

9. Working experience in both Mainlan******** overseas (or experience ofworking with international counterparts) woul******** an advantage.
