Key Responsibilities / 岗位主要职责

项目拓展 协助主管领导调研、分析新项目的可行性，包括市场需求、竞争情 况、合作伙伴情况、发展预期等，完成项目商业计划(Business Plan)；
协助主管领导协调内、外部关系签署合作协议；
完成新项目的财务预测，并建立、完善项目财务预测模型；
其他新项目拓展相关工作。

项目筹建 支持新项目的筹建，包括工程、运营准备、行政审批等工作，协调合作伙伴与内部部门，保证项目落地、开业；
了解项目当地行政审批流程，协调当地资源，推进项目审批工作；
负责拓展项目当地的合作伙伴资源以及政府关系资源。




项目运营及其他 负责放疗中心的日常运营；
负责放疗中心经营，对绩效指标 KPI 负责，及时评估中心的财务情况并提出提升建议；
负责处理放疗中心的突发事件、风险事件、患者投诉、维修维护等， 确保及时采取适当的应对措施；
负责持续提升放疗中心的医疗质量和患者体验；
协调公司各支持部门，提升部门间合作效率，确保支持部门有效的为放疗中心提供支持；
协调放疗中心的团队培训；
按时按质按量完成领导交办的临时性工作。


Qualification Requirements / 任职资格要求
Education Background / 教育背景
Degree / 学历 大学本科及以上
Major / 专业 医学相关专业优先考虑
Knowledge & Skills / 知识技能
Professional Knowledge an******** 了解放射治疗以及肿瘤诊疗的基本概念、内容；
了解最新放射治疗技术的优先考虑；


具有项目管理能力；
Computer / 计算机 熟练应用office 办公软件
Language / 语言 英语流利，可作为工作语言
Registration / Licencing (if required) 职业资格
External Certificate / 外部资格 不限
Internal Certificate / 内部资格 不限
Working Experience / 工作经验

Occupational Experience / 专业经验 3 年及以上医院管理行业工作经验，1 年及以上医疗机构筹建/运营
经验
Management Experience / 管理经验 不限
