KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIBE SCOPE:
Surgical Training 60%
 Maintain high level of professional knowledge; become subject matter expert
 Train physicians in an******** the Operating room, including web labsin preparation of live surgeries
 Developing relationships with surgeons an******** key personnel withinhospitals an******** centers
 Fulfilling the obligations detaile******** the standardize********training protocol
 Provide regular an******** post-postoperative tra******** supportan******** of outcomes

Marketing Responsibilities 20%
 Work with international team an******** to develop training plan &materials for Chinese target customers an******** key stakeholders as required

Administrative Tasks 21%

Education an********
• Master’s degree or above for Ophthalmology is re******** Glaucomamajor is preferred.
• Experience in eye care, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Working experience in MNC pharma company is preferred
• Experience in Ophthalmology surgery is preferred
• Previous experience training ******** preferably medic********
