Position summary:

Essential task********

• Promote an******** safety culture in Jiahui. Implement patient safetyculture survey with analysis an******** for improvement;
• Develop an******** relate******** an******** to meet JCI standardsan******** regulatory requirement or gu******** an******** requirement;
• Plan, coordinate an******** patient safety relate******** or walkabout, an******** with relevant department to share audit resultsan******** up actions;
• Manage patient safety events, monitor the investigations including thenecessary root cause analys******** an******** / preventive actions byrelevant part******** an******** areas for improvement base******** thedata tren******** analysis; facilitate an******** cross departmentalreviews when needed;
• Liaise an******** with BI department to obtain relevant data formonitoring an********;
• Monitor an******** safety indicators an******** management;
• Generate reports an******** through charts an********, an********report to relevant department and/or committees;
• Coordinate cross functional safety improvement program / project; workwith relevant stakeholders to conceptual******** plan an******** newinitiatives to improve the safety outcome;
• Participate with coordination an******** with relevant service lineand/or committees in support of hospital-wide response plan to clinicalemergenc******** an******** appropriate exercises;
• Facilitate an******** relevant patient safety relate******** /workgroups functions; organize meet******** analyze an******** dataan******** up with initiatives an******** recommended;
• Plan an******** training an******** to relevant staff, an******** upwith effectiveness of the sessions;

E******** training an********:
Preferably bachelor degree in biological sc******** applie********,biomedical science or any other degrees in healthcare, engineering orequivalent;
• At least 5 years working experience an******** competency; at least 2years in supervisory role;
• Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage;
• Familiar with JCI standards will be an advantage;
• Experience in clinical quality an********, process ******** dataanalyt******** or clinical audit will be an advantage;
