About the role
This role is focusing on customer applications an******** supportpre-sales process.
This role will support commercial team on high opportunity findingan********, working with scientific support team to provide technicalsupport to our key account.
The role is also including giving technical presentations an********support to marketing an******** team.


Roles & responsibilitie********
• Performing pre-sales demonstration in the fiel******** lab.
• Maintaining an******** application an******** information promptly.
• Drive technical discussions with customers to position featuresan******** of the technology base******** their needs an********.
• Assisting sales team in developing sales, marketing materials an********.
• Giving technical presentations in immunology applications (westernblott******** FACS, ELISA, ******** ChIP) an******** aroun********research areas.
• Carrying out post-sale follow-up activities to ensure productperformance an******** satisfaction.
• Providing backup technical support to key customers in China via email an********.
E******** Training & Qualification********
• PhD degree or above in life sciences required. Education abroa********plus.
• Experience in applications including Immunology, Neurob******** CancerResearch, Cell B******** Proteomics will be preferred
