You are responsible for

• Share Gr China ICAP Business Unit’s order-in-take & sales target
• Work with product marketing manager to translate customer requirementsinto project proposal, especially the clinical part, an********participate******** pre-sales activities (customer presentat**************** etc.)
• Provide on-site clinical application training for customers afterproducts installe******** customers’ sites
• Provide regular internal training to sales an******** teams for othermodalities (CT, MR, DSA, US, CI, ISC, CS, etc.) when needed
• Lea******** support the update for standar******** tool, trainingmater******** project proposal template, & competitor analysis
• Lea******** support the update for show site mater******** includingcustomer stor******** advance******** post-processing best caseshar******** clinical research best case shar******** etc.
• Continuously drive customer satisfaction by improving training******** timely addressing customers’ questions an******** ********regularly visiting customer an******** to customers vo********an******** with global R&D team an******** marketing manager todrive solutions for product defects
• Support CFDA when needed
• Manage the KOL relationship when needed

• 3 years of experience in clinical or healthcare industry
