医务主管

岗位职责:
1.负责临床医疗人员的执业注册与执业考试管理，管理医师权限；
To be responsible for the Registration of medical practitioners and examination of practicing doctors' qualifications of clinical medicalpersonnel, an******** manage the authority of doctors;
2.负责多点执业医师的专业档案建立、证照备案、授权、监督、考评管理、持续沟通及医师个人事务处理协调等；

3.负责非执业会诊医师库的建立，以及医师的联系与沟通、会诊安排及医师个人事务处理协调等；

4.建立并持续优化医师管理政策与管理模式，制定并持续优化医师个人品牌管理模型与医师绩效管理模型，开展医师绩效评估；

5.组织临床人员（护理人员除外）岗前培训、在职培训和继续教育，组织各类学术活动，如学术会议、讲座、病例讨论等；

6.组织临床人员职称考试/评审；

任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，临床医学相关专业；
2.有5年以上医院医疗管理岗工作经验，其中至少3年以上同类岗位管理经验；熟悉医师执业和职称管理相关政策和流程，熟悉医师执业模式，对医师执业发展渠道有清晰认识；
3.具备优秀的沟通、表达、谈判技巧，有较强的组织思维能力及分析能力，善于制定各种制度及计划、组织指挥与协调能力；
