在职培训医生会在和睦家其他城市分别轮转。培训完成后，会到约定的城市工作目前包括北京，上海，广州,天津,青岛和乌兰巴托（蒙古国）工作。

Salary优薪与福利：
Competitive salary with benefits. Salary will progress with passing ofeach tier. An estimate******** is one year for each tier but exacttiming will depen******** the previous experience level an******** ofindividual physicians.

Training Curriculum 培训课程：
The training curriculum is divide******** into three tiers with fellowshaving more autonomy with each advance********. Each tier willtake on average 12 months to pass but fellows may take longer or shortertime depending on their previous training an********.

任职条件
Education教育：
Master level or above with at least 2 years of direct patient careexperience. Has ha******** patient care experience in at least one ofthe following specialtie******** General Surgery, Internal Me********Pe******** Obstetrics an********.
硕士或以上学历，至少有2年直接管理病人的经验。至少有以下专科直接管理病人的经验：普通外科，内科，儿科，妇产科。
Must have complete******** 3 year residency program in a Chinesegovernment approve******** or overseas medical clinical experiences.
