职位要求：
1. 曾就职于公立大三甲医院，可独立负责门诊及手术操作；
2. 英文佳者优先考虑；
3. 执照为骨科学；
4. 有中级职称

工作职责
1. Able to make correct diagnosis of sports injuries an********operations for
sports injuries independently; Able to teach an******** juniors insports
medicine either update******** or surgical skills Perform daily patient
roun******** either ******** or as part of the team. Review subjectiveand
objective findings including labs, diagnostic test******** vitals******** woun********,
an******** an******** data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary.
2. Provides patient education relate******** proce******** me********therapeutic
goals, etc.
3. Arranges for consults an******** transfers as needed.
4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment ofdiagnoses and
treatments of therapies an******** needs both in the inpatient and
outpatient setting. Discussion of difficult patients before surgery inregular
department meeting is compulsory in BJU.
5. Discontinue ******** dressings changes, woun********, staple and

6. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notesfor each
patient seen in clinic.
7. Assesses patient’s progress through extende******** course, utilizes

patient outcomes are achieved.
8. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues.
9. Staff outpatient orthopedic clinic.
10. Perform independent surgery on privilege******** in consultationwith the
CMO.
11. Assists senior consultants on orthopedic cases.
12. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in
collaboration with other orthopedic team an********.
13. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee.
14. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the
Department in supporting departmental goals.
