The position of Infusion Clinic Nurse Manager will be responsible forday to day hospital clinic operation an******** of patient carean******** services as well as management of nursing staff. The InfusionClinic Nurse Manager will:
· Manage resources, lea******** team an******** accountable for nursingactivity an******** of care.
· Function as a role mo******** promote best practice in the delivery ofcare, an******** clinical expertise an******** within the InterDisciplinary Team.
· Support, assist an******** colleagues in achieving positive outcomesas develope******** the Department.
任职资格:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , Master’s degree preferred, Postgraduate qualification in Critical care nursing preferable
2.5 years an******** nursing experience in infusion Center. MedicalOncology an******** Nursing management experience is preferred.
3.Effective leadership an******** skills including ability to rosteran******** nursing staff.
4.Effective interpersonal communication skills.
5.Bilingual is preferred (English an********)
6.Excellent critical care clinical skills
7.Previous experience in the management of a nursing team
