Nursing (Staffing) and Bed Management Manager

岗位职责:
This position is responsible for the allocation of all patients acrossthe fac******** including new a******** transfers from clinicsan******** external healthcare facilities. The position will workclosely with war********, phys******** an******** of the Care AccessTeam (CAT) team to ensure that patient access is timely an********appropriate.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , Master’s degree preferred
2.Clinical hospital experience is essent******** together with anunderstanding of nursing staffing models an******** allocationpractices.
3.Chinese License an******** to acquire Chinese Nursing license.
4.Effective leadership an******** skills including ability toroster/allocate an******** nursing staff.
5.Ability to make soun******** assessments an******** safe an********care within the structure of a collaborative health team. Considerableknowledge of nursing staffing models an******** utilization. Excellentinterpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage a range ofdemands an******** operational deadlines
6.Bilingual is preferred (English an********). Previous experience in asimilar role
