Nurse Manager Diagnostic Imaging（影像科护士长）

岗位职责:
This position is responsible for supporting the operational director inmanaging and overseeing the diagnostic imaging department and, ensuringthat procedures and policies meet the standards of accreditation bodies.The role will be responsible for ensuring that staff follow radiationsafety protocol/procedures and participate in occupational safetytraining prior to commencing in radiology, interventional radiology andnuclear medicine areas.
The Nurse manager will participate in staff selection, training, andperformance management.

任职资格:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , Master’s degree preferred
2.Significant experience in clinical nursing. management experience ispreferred.
3.Chinese License and capability to acquire Chinese Nursing license.
4.Effective leadership and management skills including ability to rosterand manage nursing staff.
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
5.Bilingual is preferred (English and Chinese)
