Key Responsibilities
1.Supply planning
a.Coordinate annual & quarterly unit forecast by product incollaboration with MKT
b.Align forecast an******** supply with H********.Adjust supply plan oncontinuous basis
2.Order processing
a.Coordination with distributor
i.Secure order from distributor on a daily interval
ii.Prepare an******** dispatch of customer orders to distributor
iii.Follow-up customer an******** queries regarding order statusan******** difficulties
b.Coordination with H********.Monitor purchase order with H********weekly basis (SAP)
ii.Coordinate & track shipments wi******** H********.Orderprocessing with 3PL vendor
i.Inform 3PL vendor about incoming shipment date & quantity
ii.Assist 3PL vendor with import
iii.Perform incoming inspection w/ 3PL vendor
iv.Manage repacking activities w/ 3PL vendor
v.Coordinate delivery to distributor w/ 3PL vendor
3.Inventory management
a.Develop an******** appropriate stock levels in collaboration w/ HQ& 3PL vendor (i.e. max stock & re-order point) to meet sales requirements
b.Develop an******** storage system in collaboration w/ 3PL vendor
c.Perform quarterly/yearly stock taking an******** with Finance forstock discrepancy investigation
4.Returns management
a.Maintain returns process in collaboration with ******** 3PLven******** an********
b.Perform product inspection upon return an******** decision aboutproduct re-usage/disposal
c.Check, complete, an******** returns documentation
d.Develop returns report
e.Collaborate with Finance in credit note issuance
5.SAP administration & maintenance
a.Develop & maintain warehouse management system interface withH******** 3PL vendor
b.Manage logistics relate******** workflow an******** with 3PL vendorwarehouse management system on a regular basis
6.IFU management
a.Develop & manage appropriate stock levels in collaboration w/ 3PL vendor
b.Coordinate IFU reorder schedule with 3PL vendor
7.T&E order management
a.Process T&E order
b.Coordinate T&E material shipments
8.Marketing material order management
a.Process MKT order
b.Coordinate Marketing material shipments
9.Manage special projects as require********.Other duties as required

Skills an********
Education / Professional Experience
1.Degree: Bachelor equivalent or higher
2.Major: Logistics related, business administration or finance
3.Language******** Chinese native; English CET IV equivalent or higher

Personal Competencies
1.Minimum five years working experience in logistics relate********;three years of which in a multinational company.
2.Experience in trading company an******** with impor******** clearanceprocess is an advantage.
3.Experience with supply planning & forecasting
4.Familiarity with SAP (MM/SD modules & Business Warehouse).
