DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES ：
• Support Hea******** Early Development on the scientific activities inmAb drug discovery an********, especially in the PK b******** PKPDmo******** metho******** (bioA an********), tox******** biomarker forPD, etc
• Be a going person for PK/PD needs
• A Key Opinion Leader within the company
• Be able to research scientific literature to analyze an********project backgroun********.
• Collects an******** metric-base******** an******** intelligence data;generate an******** intelligence reports to support the strategicdecisions.
• Generate scientific report, slides deck.
• Organize meet******** tra******** an******** activities of EDdepartment; proactively participate in operation excellence activities.
• Manages time an******** base******** department requirement.
• Work cross functionally with other stakeholders as well, espec**************** CMC, cl******** f******** procurement, office a******** HR,legal an********.

JOB REQUIREMENTS ：
• Msc’s degree or equivalent in a b******** sc******** orhealth-relate********, postgraduate degree (PhD) is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in scientific relate******** in thepharmaceutical ******** experience in large molecule drug , especiallymAb for oncology an******** discovery an******** is a plus.
• Understan******** large molecule drug discovery an******** processan********.
• Proficient with Window******** MS Word, Excel, Power Po********Project an******** to learn new programs as needed.
• Ability to rea******** collate scientific an******** literature.
• Strong verbal an******** commun******** excellent interpersonalan******** management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with the study team, cross-functional teammembers, an******** partners.
