Summary of Responsibilitie********
This position is responsible for providing timely user supportan******** follow-up to hospital clinical information system user toensure smooth day to day clinical an******** operations throughout theorganization.

 Take the leadership role in developing the HIS training programs
 ensure that appropriate training programs are in place to attract,retain an******** the key personnel required
 be responsible to provide training an******** to super/en******** inthe use of Health information systems·
 Work closely with clinical an******** users to identify businessnee******** i.e. clinical work group must be formed, regular meetings(weekly or monthly) must be hel******** minutes taken, super userscontinuously traine******** that they can provide input to this group.
 Provide system requirement recommendations in order to configuretechnical application solutions.
 Negotiate the allocation of resources with functional managers
 Communicate with cross section of interdisciplinary to effectivelyensure successful implementation of HIS functionalities an********
 Maintain detaile******** of training sessions.
 Provide feedback to HIS project management team

Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree in Nurs******** Healthcare or relate********, orequivalent combination of e******** tra******** and/or work experiencein a clinical setting. Applie******** of electronic medical recordssystems an******** workflo********
 Previous experience as an instructor or Trainer of HIS an********systems.
 Desire to work in systems building /development environment
