为入住客人提供评估、检查、治疗等服务；

负责24小时内首次病程记录，书写入住客人病历，提供医疗咨询；

每日按时查房（测血压、听心率等），检查医嘱执行情况，密切观察病情变化；
4、 Responsible for the health consultation of residents an******** theformulation an******** of health management plan for the elderly
负责入住客人医疗保健、健康咨询工作，并督导老人健康管理计划的拟定和执行；
5、 Participate in case discussion meetings as re******** give feedbackan******** on the elderly health management plan an******** clinicalcare services
根据需要参与个案讨论会议，适时针对老人健康管理计划给予回馈意见与建议，提供医疗照护服务；
6、 Keep track of the nursing information of the elderly an******** trackof the health status
持续与本机构各专业团队追踪老人照护信息，掌握健康状态；
7、 Implement an******** the quality of clinical care an******** supportfor clinical services when necessary
落实与维护医疗品质，必要时为医疗服务提供支持；

与外部医疗单位维系良好互动关系，建立就医绿色通道；

Working Experience 工作经验：
 More than 5 years clinical experience in general / internal medicine /geriatrics department
具有全科/内科/老年科5年以上临床经验；
 Experience of resident physician is preferred
具有住院医师工作经验者优先；
Language Skills 语言技能：
 Fluent communication in mandarin
普通话沟通流利；
 Speaking local dialect is a plus
能讲本地方言尤佳。
