1. Participate in national marketing plan development
1) Participate in annual long range strategic planning ( 3-yearplan)

2. Develop area marketing plans
1) Propose regional tactical cycleplans ( 4 times per year)
2) Report local market info to central ( on a monthly basis)
3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans
