Purpose of the role
Within the Merck En******** En******** Shangha******** team, you will beprimarily responsible for cell line developmen******** culture processdevelopmen******** pro******** including cell culture, frozen, expansionthaw******** screen******** clone selection an********, mediuman******** screen******** process development at bench scale bioreactorsan******** scale up production an********.
Responsibilities
• Perform all mammalian cell culture experiments relate******** cellline developmen******** culture process developmen******** production(at least one of three)
• Perform relate******** such as medium an******** preparat********documents preparation an******** record
• Accountable for completing the assigne******** in a timely manner
• Maintenance of e******** consumables, reagents an********relate******** the activities above.
• Make sure all activities are compliant to the policy of the lab,company an******** requirements
• Effective communication of data/results through written documentationan******** presentation
• Support all activities neede******** the implementation of theexperiments an********
Requirements
• Degree in B******** Cell B******** B******** Chemical Eng********B******** B******** Pharmacy or relate********
• At least 1 year hands on experience of mammalian cell culturetechniques (at least one from cell line developmen******** processdevelopmen******** scale) for MS an******** least 2 years for BS
• Master the use of Microsoft office software is desirable
• Basic English reading an******** is desirable
• Experience of analytical software like SPSS is a plus
• Publishing of relate******** articles is a plus
• Fluent spoken an******** English is a plus
• Quality concept is a plus
