The Innovation Instructure will be a core member of a teaching groupfor co-teaching innovation courses, including Design Thinking an********Lab. The Design Thinking course aims to develop students’ criticalthinking ab******** problem-solving sk******** an******** designmindset. The Innovation Lab applies theoretical knowledge an********skills in group projects on customer research in real-life settings.

岗位职责：
Apart from classroom teaching an********-base********, the instructorwill
· Lea******** sessions in a thought-provoking way;
· Design project goals an******** criteria;
· Develop an******** course materials an******** plans;
· Provide mentorship an******** to students by advising them on groupprojects an******** their work progress;
· Develop an******** an effective network of industrial expertisean******** that can provide course-relate********, talks, an********,including industry experts from backgroun******** high-tech start-ups,IP laws, data sc******** design industry an******** etc;
· Support different Professors to teach course sessions; and
· Responsible for all course logistics work including classroom setup,prototype room ma******** course communications with students an********of other schools, teaching assistant recruitment an********an********-time instructor recruitment an******** etc.

The instructor is also expecte******** play an active role in supportinginnovation activities in the School by
· Participating (an********-teaching) in larger sections of otherinnovation curriculum;
· Helping design an******** programs to support an******** creativityan******** in the school community;
· Supporting extracurricular initiatives to nurture studentcreat******** ******** an********; and
· Fulfilling any other requirements as requeste******** the Dean.

Qualification********
Required:
· A Master (or higher) Degree (in any field) from a repute********
· Bilingual (Chinese/English) competence in communication
· Two to five years of teaching experience (with success incollege-level teaching and/or executive education)
· Skills of coaching groups of students an******** on an individualbasis.
Preferred:
· Education backgroun******** STEM (Sc******** Technology, Eng********an********), ******** e******** ph******** psychology, or business
· Varie******** exper******** both in classroom settings an******** ofschools, especially in business consulting or entrepreneurship
· Familiarity with Design Thinking / Innovation principles an********through work experience or education
· Demonstrate******** of professional/industrial networking
