•Obtain feedback an******** about Takeda products or interesting TAsfrom KOLs through 1 on 1 ******** advisory boards or medical meetings.
•Summarize an******** relevant KOLs feedback to relevant internalstakeholders to support an******** inform the medical strategy in linewith bran********.
•Train an******** speakers on the company’s products.
•Identify potential investigators for Medical affairs study.

2. Regional Medical Plan an********
•Responsible for establishing regional medical plan an******** medical******** consistent with central medical strategy an******** medicalneeds.
•Responsible for developing an******** annual regional medical budgetrequests an******** the approval budgets are being manage******** tracked.
•Plan, organize an******** regional AB boards meetings in relevant TA.
•Conduct KOLs visit according KOLs engagement plan, recor******** visitreport an******** collection by appropriate system, like VEEVA CRM,MEDIsource system.
•Provide an******** fair an******** information on the benefitsan******** of Takeda pro******** therapeutic opt******** an********disease state in Takeda regional medical activities.
•Develop an******** lecture******** sessions for appropriate healthcareaudiences on non-promotional regional educational activities.
•Develop non-promotional educational materials (e.g. slides ********education videos) for specific regional medical activities.
•Proactively support the conduction of Takeda MA study (Phase IVstu******** HEOR), including input for regional sites feasibility check,investigator recommendation an********.
•Identify KOL’s research capability & interesting area an********feasibility of IISR possibility with Take******** receiveunsolicite******** initiate******** studies (IISR) requests which fitfor medical strategy, escalate for MA’s review if appropriate.
•As part of Medical Education team, responsible for submitting regionalmedical education grant request applications from external customers.

3. Regional Medical Expertise
•Buil******** as regional TA expert participating in appropriateinternal network across Me******** Market******** Trainings an******** functions.
•Provide medical insight an******** for regional marke********activities as appropriate accordance with all local an******** guidelines.

•Properly response to the unsolicite******** in compliance with relevantTakeda SOPs.
•Medical support for SFE activities as request (e.g. DSM quarterly test)

QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education：Master degree in Medical or Life science isre******** doctoral education is preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
•Either ≥1 year working experience in clinical practice and/or inmultinational pharmaceutical company or ≥2 year relevant work experience.
•[For senior MSL, ≥2 prior MSL experience with a track recor********success in multinational pharmaceutical company are required]
Clinical experiences within relevant TAs are preferred.
