岗位职责：
1、承担肿瘤免疫治疗、双特异性抗体等领域的新药研发任务，对新药物靶点进行理论和实验验证，制定及组织实施相关研发计划；
2、建立体内外药物筛选模型和方法，进行新药筛选及药效学评价工作，阐明药理机制，协助优化药物设计；
3、建立及完善肿瘤免疫相关分子生物学、细胞免疫学、动物学等实验平台，对免疫实验相关指标的检测分析提供方法和指导；
4、进行研究方案设计和数据处理分析并撰写实验总结及报告，及时进行内部汇报；
5、协助进行药物开发项目立项、专利撰写等工作；
6、协调项目后期工艺、临床研究及产业化工作，负责相关SOP的起草、撰写等。
岗位要求：
1、免疫学或肿瘤学、生物学、医学等相关领域博士或博士后；
2、3年以上免疫学、肿瘤免疫学、或抗体药物相关研究工作，在肿瘤免疫、细胞免疫等领域具有丰富的经验；
3、具备开展体外和体内免疫实验及新药评估、成药性研究等方面的经验和能力；
4、熟悉免疫检查点研究，掌握细胞免疫学的实验技能（细胞杀伤技术、流式细胞仪，T细胞功能评价，ELISA、ELISPOT 等）；
5、了解肿瘤免疫学相关基础与肿瘤免疫学研究前沿，能够独立设计免疫学相关复杂实验；
6、较强的沟通能力和领导力；
7、优秀的英文读写及交流能力。

Qualifications

2. Hands on experience an******** expertise in T-cell/B-cell/NK-cellb******** molecular b******** cancer models.
