As part of the Columbia China Finance team an******** ClinicOperat******** overseeing five cl******** providing overall leadershipan******** of the Clinic Operations. Also participates in operation-widestrategic an******** planning. Working closely with the clinicmanagement team to establish the clinic operation’s objectives whileplanning an******** within the scope of multiple departments.
Job Description:
• Provides financial expertise on operational an******** issues for theClinic Operations.
• Leads the annual budget process, ensuring development of operationalan******** budgets that support the organizations strategic objectives.
• Ensures the establishment an******** of soun******** practicesan********, provides accurate reporting an******** of financialinformation an******** management on fiscal issues. The Directorprepares, interprets an******** financial reports.
• Prepare comprehensive an******** reports, communications an********;advise on key tren******** ******** an******** of opportunity &risk;
• Continuous s******** professionalization an********, as well asfurther automation an******** of processes.
• This position also focuses on revenue cycle operations an********improvements throughout the organization.
• Operational responsibilities to include business office operat********patient access departmental operat******** finance an******** payableoperat******** medical records operat******** an******** & receivingoperations.
• Compliance responsibilities to include Clinic Operations an********compliance per policies an******** procedures.
• Communication activities to include direct interaction with the ClinicOperations Management Team as well as staff, phys******** pat********etc.
• This position is responsible for directing an******** ClinicOperations activities regarding financial administration as well as themaintenance of the fiscal records. Develops, ******** implementsan******** compliance of all Clinic Operations standards.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (******** Exper********Skills & Behaviours):
• Bachelor’s degree re******** Master’s degree strongly preferred. Areasof study include f******** healthcare a******** account******** businessor relate********. CPA strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years' relevant experience in multinational company,preferably with experience in Clinic Operations revenue cycle an********of multiple departments.
• Must be able to demonstrate competence in management an******** skillsto develop an******** organizational strategies an******** for growth.
• Must maintain current knowledge an******** to the appropriateregulatory standards.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to explain an********among other things complex accounting issues; high standar********written an******** skills;
• Must possess the numerical ability to analyse problems an********accounting systems to accurately control financial activity at theClinic Operations.
• Experience an******** in utilization of ERP an******** & Reportingsystems; knowledge in Oracle an******** BI will be a credit
• Advance******** of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA knowledgewill be a credit;
• English language skill is essential;
