校医务室护士长-深圳

工作地点：深圳南山区临海大道某国际学校

工作时间：周一至周五（随学校安排有寒暑假） 8:00am-18:00 pm

优先条件：同时持有有效期内护士职业资格证书，和深圳市幼托机构保健人员上岗培训证书、并且具备3年以上学校/幼儿园医务室工作经验者，优先考虑


A. Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:

Standards of Patient Care树立病人护理标准:
· Responsible for maintaining update******** policies &procedurespertaining to the Nursing Services of RM group. Ensuresnursingstaff observe strict standar******** of Infection Control withinthefactory clinic setting.
负责更新护理服务的标准政策和程序，确保护理人员在学校诊所内严格遵守感染控制的标准预防措施；

· Sets an example for nursing staff by maintaining a professional********in both dress & behav******** at all times.
为护理人员树立榜样，时刻保持专业形象，包括着装和行为。


Education 培训教育:
Identifies nursing staff training needs forskills development.Responsible for preparing a training calendar fornursing staffplanne******** months in advance. Ensures an adequate orientationprogramfor new nursing staff. Ensures tra******** asplanned, iscomplete******** documente******** line with RM standards.
识别需要培训的员工，负责提前6个月为护理人员制定培训日程表；确保新员工入职培训计划，并确保培训标准符合莱佛士医疗培训标准。

Customer service 客户服务:
· Maintains an overall awareness of patient movemen******** intheclinic at all times ensuring adequate nurse cover & a high levelofcustomer service. Maintains an environment of patientrespect &confidentiality within the clinic
时刻保持对病人活动/状态的全面了解，确保足够的护理水平和高水准的客户服务；尊重、保护病人隐私。

· Provides a mentoring role to nursing staff by fostering ateamapproach in the delivery of patient care.
为护理人员提供指导，在提供患者护理方面培养团队精神合作精神。

· Reports any matters of concern to the factory presidentan******** timely
及时向客户方负责人和莱佛士医疗诊所经理汇报任何需要关注的事项。



Clinic Facility 医务室设施维护:
· Maintains a current inventory of allequipment stock within theclinic. Ensures that medical equipment ismaintaine******** line withmanufacturer guidelines in all clinical areas.
清点、确保医务室全部设备库存充足、账实相符；确保医疗设备在临床领域符合客户要求；

· Maintains documentation of an equipment maintenance program toensurethat all medical equipment is in an optimal working condition.Identifiesunsafe & unethical practices within the clinicenvironment.
维护设备维护程序文件，确保所有医疗设备处于最佳工作状态，并且能够识别设备操作不规范的行为。


Administrative 行政工作:
· Completion of a monthly nursing roster, in advance of onemonth, toensure adequate nursing staff coverage of the clinic.
提前一个月完成每月的护理人员花名册，确保人员充足；

· Maintains a recor******** patients seen by the nursing staff intheclinic.
维护患者问诊记录；

· Regularly audits the nursing staff’s documentation ofpatientassessment & nursing care in order to ensure adequate legalrequirements.
定期审核护理人员的病人评估、护理文件，确保合规性；

· Maintains an accurate recor******** nursing staff licenserenewal andimmunization requirements.
保持护理人员执照更新和免疫要求的准确记录；

· Authorizes the time sheets for all nursing staff ensuring thatanyovertime is pre-authorized.
维护所有护理人员的排班表，确保任何加班都是预先授权的；

· Compiles a month-en******** report to the factory an********managerwith reports of:
Total patients number
Incident reports an******** up
Training planned & completed
Equipment issues
编制月度总结给客户和诊所经理，报告内容包括: 全部患者数量、事件报告及跟进、培训计划及完成情况、设备问题；

· Responsible to undertake yearly staff appra******** identifyingkeyperformance index’s for the forthcoming year.
负责每年的员工考核，确定下一年的关键绩效指标；

· Holds a monthly nurses meeting to maintain a cohesive nursingteam& address any nursing issues at hand. Minutes of meeting to bedocumented& distributed.
每月召开一次护士会议，保持护理团队的凝聚力、解决手头问题。会议记录存档并分发。

日常护理工作和医务室临床资质相关的其他工作。


B. Requirement 任职资格:
•Graduate of Nursing. Minimum 3 years school clinic experience.
护理专业，大专以上学历。3年以上医务室工作经验；

•Current Nursing Registration in the PRC. A soun******** knowledge basein nursing acute illnesses.
持有国内有效期内护士上岗资格证书同时持有《幼托机构保健人员上岗培训证书》，具备扎实的急性疾病护理知识；

•Proficiency in Engl******** especially in medical English is prefered.
具备良好的（医疗行业）中英文沟通技能者优先；

•Competent Computer literacy.
具备熟练的计算机操作技巧；

•Effective leadership.
具备成熟有效的领导能力。
