About the role
The reagent pipeline manager will be in charge of project managementteam for reagent p******** total 7project managers. The team isresponsible for whole project development process control, makesscreening an******** design an******** collaborate with all RabMAbplatform teams to develop high quality RabMabs use******** life science.
Roles & responsibilitie********
• Prepare yearly plan an******** with hea******** Hangzhou NPD.Establish work schedule an******** base******** new reagent RabMAbdevelopment plan. Ensure suitable human resource to support operationaldemands
• Organ******** monitor an******** the pipeline according to theplanne******** an********. Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.They include delivering high quality products in t******** an********success rate at proper level.
• Work closely with RabMAb platform teams, make coordination to ensurepipeline going smoothly. Can recognize an******** problems t********give comments an******** proper resource/ right person to solve theproblem.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Expan******** an******** all team members to do the same.
• Enhance the professional development of the team through ongoingtraining an******** annual an******** performance reviews
• Report to Hea******** Hangzhou NPD regularly an******** all kinds ofrelate********. Work closely with managers in Cambridge or otheroffices. Regularly update progress in biweekly meeting. This willinvolve regular telephone meeting with UK.
About you
• PhD degree in life sciences required. Post Doc Preferred.
• Education abroa******** plus.
• 3+ years line management experience or directing projectsexperience.(Essential)
• A broa******** of knowledge an******** on cell signalling pathways,ep******** cancer or immunology (Essential)
• Han******** on IHC, ChIP, ELISA, IF/ICC, flow cytometry, western blot,etc., an******** make trouble shooting (Essential)
• Experience on immunogen design an******** prediction.(Desirable)
• Outstanding communication an******** sk********
• Project management skills
• With goo******** an******** English communication skills
