岗位职责:
Assist the BJC Quality & Safety , including:
1. Coordinating between BJC QAS an******** QAS departments
2. Implementing the BJC document control (managing the BJC documentdatabase an******** ******** formatting ******** translating documentsetc.)
3. Implementing the BJC quality indicators program (collectingan******** QI ******** creating data dashboard/charts, implementing QIauto reports etc.)
4. Assisting to implement the BJC risk managemen******** safety(collecting an******** complaints / events data an********.)
5. Coordinating BJC across facility QAS audit an******** survey / mocksurvey (such as arranging audit / survey agen******** summarizingaudi******** findings report)
6. Attending meetings as assigne******** taking meeting minutes asneeded
7. Office routine tasks (such as meeting preparat********equipmen******** manag******** reimbursement issues etc.)
8. Other tasks as assigne******** the BJC CMO
任职资格:
1. Bachelor or above
2. Degree from a clinical or other health-science relate********
3. 2 or more years of experience working in a medical or other clinicalsetting
4. Proficiency in Written an******** English an********
5. Healthcare Quality Management experience preferred
6. Medical administration experience preferred
7. JCI experience preferred
8. Excellent communication sk******** both English an********
9. Excellent ability to manipulate Microsoft Office software, includingbut not limite******** Word, Excel an********, etc.
