从不同部门及时回收用过的病历到病历房
• Document the Medical Charts delivery record.
记录病历运送记录
• Submit all delivery recor******** Medical Recor******** on the 1st ofevery month.
每月１日上交病历运送记录给经理
• Help Medical Recor******** to make new file for new patients (includeoutpatient an********).
协助病案室助理制作新病历壳（包括门诊病历及住院病历）
