fabricate temporary crown, putting temporary restoration such as IRM orcavit to a non-vital tooth, mixing cement
pediatric prophy, fluoride treatment, sealant an******** careinstruction

Procedures NOT permitte******** this clinic at this time
give any type of local anesthetic injection to both adult an********patient
give antibiotic an******** medication or any other prescriptionmedication.
No occlusal adjustment using high spee******** low spee********.
Impression for crown an******** or final impression of any type forrestorative dentistry.
