• Assist chairman of the department in the areas of focus to meet theirneeds
• Act as a hospital supervisor as scheduled (see attache********description)
• Regular report to nursing administration department for nursingrelevant issues.

• Overall evaluation for nurse******** working behavior an********.
• Works as a registere********-midwife whenever necessary.

Other Duties Performed-

• Making statistics report to Chaoyang health bureau upon the re********atten******** meeting at Chaoyang health bureau as needed.
• Help the OB nurse to pass the midwife licensure exam
• Annual health bureau inspection preparation
• Organize childbirth class
• Arrange case presentation as neede******** share clinical experiencean******** information

Qualification********
• Licensing Needed -- Registere********-midwife in China
• Minimal Education Requirement- Bachelor degree of Nursing
• Minimal Experience Requirement - 10 years working experience innurs******** above 5 years midwifery exper******** Nursing managementexperience preferred
• Complete department orientation an******** evaluation according topolicy
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification according to policy
