Implement maintenance work in the above area according to facilitiesmanagement plan.
To be ready in dealing with accident according to facilities managementplan.
To be aware of relate******** policy change an******** our workingpolicies as needed.
Submit yearly budget of the coming year according to the status ofequipments an******** status of the hospital.
Implement other orders coming from facilities director or other hospitalexecutives.
职责:
协助总务部经理对部门进行有效的管理。
在总务部经理不在的时候全面管理部门。
确保各项计划维修能得以有效进行。
确保日常维修及时有效。
协助总务部经理进行年度预算控制。
具体监督执行必要的工程改造。
根据具体情况调整年度计划。
执行部门年度培训计划，使团队在综合素质方面逐步提高。
任职资格:
Qualification********
Electric/electronic or decoration engineering background
More than 7years working exper******** 3 years working in highstandar******** or similar experience.
Team leader for at least 3 years.
Institute degree or above.
资格:
10年以上工程专业的工作和管理经验。
2年左右在医院或者酒店后勤部门管理级别的工作经历
工程师或相应资历。
