岗位简述
我院现需聘任一位经验丰富的质量保障科科长,确保深圳市萨米医疗中心遵守适用于全院,尤其是临床科室的相关管理规范(包括质量保障、绩效提升、合规管理及纠纷等)。您将向院长及领导层进行汇报;您需要协调各方使医院符合监管部门有关质量的各项规定;解决内部及/或外部投诉以持续提高客户满意度,并为本领域设立新的更高的标准。

岗位职责
● 协调全院各科室、门诊、病房及所有其他部门的质保工作/绩效提升;
●建立和维护投诉管理程序,使医院的患者、访客、员工以及内外部客户有机会向我们提出要求、投诉、建议以及不满或批评,并得到适当回应。同时跟进投诉并解决相应问题;
● 与领导层协调,制定切实可行的质量指标并设计数据收集方法;
● 设计并领导医院各层级改进项目的实施;
● 协助领导层实现将质量持续改进制度化的战略目标;
● 确保医院遵守适用于全院,尤其是临床科室的质保/绩效提升活动的所有标准。对院感办公室进行监督;
● 协调工作,使我院遵守所有监管部门有关质量的各项规定;
● 作为专家资源与导师对需要不断改进的部门进行指导;
●参与跨职能团队工作以发现本院工作效率相关的问题,使用统计过程控制和其他适当的统计分析方法,分析数据以了解趋势、获取改进机会,并指导战略改进计划;分析并综合各项评估数据并从中得出有效结论,以加强本院基于事实的发展和规划;
● 与领导层合作,推动流程改进;确定根本原因 - 根本原因分析(RCA) - 建议并制定可提高本院能力水平的具体解决方案;
● 积极参加质量委员会会议,包括议程安排以及根据需要审查和修改会议纪要;
● 组织并向本院各层级传达质量报告。以适合临床工作的方式向所有相关人员提供数据;
● 将服务质量与患者安全放在首位。向患者提供最正确合适的服务。严密关注质量、成本和工作方式;
● 计划并设立相关岗位,协助履行职责(与其他相关方协调 - 人力资源,上级管理人员等);
● 完成由领导层安排的其他任务。

岗位要求
● 硕士(非必须)及以上学位优先;
● 7年及以上医疗质量改进,合规管理及投诉管理项目设计、实施和评估经验;
● 工作改进团队带队经验丰富;
● 具备统计及统计过程控制的相关知识;
● 熟练使用PPT, Word,以及Excel等办公软件(包括数据透视表);
● 熟练使用ACCESS或其他数据库程序(急需)
● 主动进行,并同时管理多个任务,确保其按时完成;
● 能够为各种规模的听众开展有效的展示和演讲;

Responsibilities
● Coordinate all Quality Assurance (QA)/Performance Improvement (PI)activities throughout the hospital an******** clinics an********

● In coordination with the upper lea******** develop actionable qualitymetrics an******** data collection methodology
● Design an******** the implementation of improvement projects at alllevels of the organization
● Work with upper leadership to achieve strategic goal ofinstitutionalizing continuous quality improvement
● Ensure hospital compliance with all standards relate******** qualityassurance/performance improvement activities applicable to the wholeorgan******** but particularly to the clinical section. SuperviseInfection Control Office.

Requirements
● Master's degree preferre******** not required

● Proven experience leading improvement teams
● Working knowledge of Statistics an******** Process Control
● Expertise in POWERPOINT, WORD an******** (including pivot tables)
● Expertise in ACCESS or other database programs (desired)
