(科主任)岗位职责(与人力资源、医院管理团队等相关部门调)规划并创建科室岗位,使科室工作得以顺利开展。
●确保科室医疗服务质量,作为临床服务带头人(或任命其他医生作为临床服务带头人)负责所有临床服务(麻醉科)相关工作。与其他科室紧密协调,及时回应医疗条线领导及医院领导的指示。
●建立科室组织架构,打造协作能力强、业务能力强、专业精干的团队,并与内外部高效沟通与协作。为科室提供行政管理方向,使用合理的管理技巧推进科室各项工作的开展。为科室制定目标,并吸收相关部门提供的指引,结合业务领导提供的科室财政投入计划,推进战略的实施。为科室制定评估方案,评估科室任务的完成情况,并为科室发展寻求合适的资源和资金。持续评估科室发展进度并根据进度进行相应调整。
●关注科室与地方、区域及国家组织的关系,关注科室与深圳市人民及其他社区机构的关系。
●培训、指导、带领、启发和激励科室内部所有专业人员及各级别员工。科主任也将协助进行人才招聘,支持人才发挥其事业上的潜能,使其对深圳市萨米医疗中心的贡献最大化。
●设定工作期望、建立工作标准,评估工作绩效,对于员工的优异表现提出适当的奖励建议, 发现科室员工工作中存在的不当行为并采取适当措施。
●代表科室在学会、协会、委员会及特别工作小组中任职,以推进组织目标的实现,为增进医院员工、客户和医疗卫生行业的福祉作出贡献
●领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求(主任医师)
●具有硕士学位。具有博士学位及拥有硕导、博导资格者优先。
●担任主任医师5年以上。
●拥有至少20年的在大型省级或知名医学院校的附属综合医院工作的经验。
●50周岁以下。对于特别优秀的候选人,年龄可适当放宽。
●有海外相关工作经历及具有可聘为教授的学术资格者优先。
●作为麻醉科专家的卓越的临床业务能力。
●英语口头交流能力。

Job Brief

Responsibilities (General)
●Provide excellent, high quality an******** medical service to patientswith high degree of professional ethics
●Stay true to all internal regulations of

●Plan an******** positions to assist with execution of responsibilities(in coordination with other relevant parties - Human Resources, HospitalManagement Team, etc.)
●Ensure quality of patient care in the Department an******** as theclinical service Head (or appoint other physician/s to this role) forall its clinical services. Work collaboratively with other departmentsan******** responsive to medical an******** leadership.
●Develop an organizational structure for the Department that functionscollaborat******** profess******** an******** with internal an********entities. Provide administrative direction an******** soun********techniques with regar******** program development. Develop goalsan******** strategies with guidance from collaborators an******** inputfrom the relevant business executives. Requirements (Chief Physician)
●Master degree (PHD an******** of supervising master's degree candidatesor doctoral candidates is a plus)

than five years
●At least 20-years work experience in large-scale general hospitals atthe provincial level or hospitals affiliate******** famous medicaluniversities
