（科主任）岗位职责（与人力资源、医院管理团队等相关部门调）规划并创建科室岗位，使科室工作得以顺利开展。
●确保科室医疗服务质量，作为临床服务带头人（或任命其他医生作为临床服务带头人）负责所有临床服务（麻醉科）相关工作。与其他科室紧密协调，及时回应医疗条线领导及医院领导的指示。
●建立科室组织架构，打造协作能力强、业务能力强、专业精干的团队，并与内外部高效沟通与协作。为科室提供行政管理方向，使用合理的管理技巧推进科室各项工作的开展。为科室制定目标，并吸收相关部门提供的指引，结合业务领导提供的科室财政投入计划，推进战略的实施。为科室制定评估方案，评估科室任务的完成情况，并为科室发展寻求合适的资源和资金。持续评估科室发展进度并根据进度进行相应调整。
●关注科室与地方、区域及国家组织的关系，关注科室与深圳市人民及其他社区机构的关系。
●培训、指导、带领、启发和激励科室内部所有专业人员及各级别员工。科主任也将协助进行人才招聘，支持人才发挥其事业上的潜能，使其对深圳市萨米医疗中心的贡献最大化。
●设定工作期望、建立工作标准，评估工作绩效，对于员工的优异表现提出适当的奖励建议， 发现科室员工工作中存在的不当行为并采取适当措施。

岗位要求（主任医师）
●具有硕士学位。具有博士学位及拥有硕导、博导资格者优先。
●担任主任医师5年以上。
●拥有至少20年的在大型省级或知名医学院校的附属综合医院工作的经验。
●50周岁以下。对于特别优秀的候选人，年龄可适当放宽。
●有海外相关工作经历及具有可聘为教授的学术资格者优先。
●作为麻醉科专家的卓越的临床业务能力。
●英语口头交流能力。

Responsibilities (General)

Requirements (Chief Physician)
