岗位职责:
• Provide direction an******** for the development an******** of thequality improvement plan for TJU, including compliance to JCIA standards
• Establish a unit specific orientation plan
• Develops an******** goo******** Government units.
• Works with CMO to keep TJU in line with Chinese medical lawsan******** .
• Supervises an******** all local inspections for TJU an********.
• Oversees all health bureau or other governmental not******** trainingsan******** while making sure that information is disseminate********communicate******** all relevant staff.
• Updates Medical License for facility an********.
• Coordinates the medical title promotion for all fulltime Chinesephysicians.
• Implementation of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety plan
任职资格:
• Management studies to university level
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare relate********
• 5 years experience in hospital management / a******** of which atleast one must be at hospital wide level
• 1 year experience managing quality improvement in a hospital
• Ability to direct an******** staff.
• Ability to produce an******** effective quality plans to meet thequality requirements of a hosp******** including evaluation of clinicalindicators
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to relate to staff across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to plan an******** staff education regarding quality
• Microsoft off******** including word & excel, an******** abilityto manipulate data an******** reports.
