Create an******** employee health records according to corporateguidelines an******** proper access to maintain individual employeehealth recor********.
Medical Surveillance
Be familiar with MSDS which covers necessary health information.(reference YM90000-12).
Function as an active member of the plant EHSS team.
Coordinate with company medical an********/health programs toperform/arrange physical surveillance examinations an********,an******** resul******** as require******** Corporate Medicalan****************
Health an********
Complete an******** individual employee records regardingmandate******** test******** including progress notes an******** recordsreceive******** outside health care facilities in a confidential manner.
Function as a member of the facility/plant EHSS teams.
Function as a member of the CSCL Quick Response team.
Manage procurement an******** careful records of all medicalsuppl******** me******** spl******** ban******** etc.
Employee Health & Wellness Activities Coordination
Make the arrangement of new hire health examination.
Make the arrangement of employee’s annual health check.
Workshop walk every day to give the indication to employee about healthan********.
Gather necessary data as requeste******** plant management an********medical an********/health to identify “at risk” employee populations.Use data to develop an******** wellness an******** management programs(such as smoking cessat******** weight management, bloo********mon******** etc.) to improve employee health an********.
Leverage local an******** medical resources to help support an********to employee wellness programs.

Education & Experience
College or Bachelor degree
Plan******** physician must have a current license from the country oforigin an******** current certifications for First A******** Adult CPR.
Plant physician shoul******** some training in occupational health inaddition to hi******** primary care specialty an******** knowledgeablein the use of several basic computer software mo******** such as in
Microsoft Word, Excel, an********-mail messaging capabilities.
Plant physician shoul******** somewhat conversant in both writtenan******** English and/or shoul******** enrolle******** classes toenhance communication in English.
