医院感控主管

职责描述：
Incorporate infection control guidelines into hospital designan********, setup hospital operational infection control surveillancesystem, an******** infection control training to hospital staff.
将感染控制指南纳入医院设计和建设阶段，建立医院运营时期的感染控制监测系统，对医院员工进行感染控制培训。

1. Provide guidance on infection control technical specificationsan******** of national an******** health authorities;
提供国家以及当地卫生行政部门关于医院感染相关技术规范和标准的指导;
2. Work with hospital project team to incorporate infection controlstandards into hospital design an******** e.g. setup proper medicalwaste disposal routes;
与医院工程部门合作，将感染控制标准纳入医院的设计和建设阶段，如建立适当的医疗废物处理流程和通道;
3. Set up hospital operational infection control surveillance system;
设定医院运营阶段的感染控制监测系统；
4. Assist clinical departments in establishing its’ infection preventionan******** pol******** organizing the ******** evaluation an********improvement;
协助临床科室制定医院感染预防与控制的相关制度，组织实施、评价并持续改进；
5. Provide infection control relate******** to all hospital staff e.g.han********;
为医院的员工提供院感相关知识的培训，例如手卫生；
6. Supervise the storage, use an********-treatment of disposable medicaldevices an********;
监督一次性医疗器械和耗材的储存、使用和后处理；
7. Recommen******** select proper infection control indicatorsbase******** hospital serv******** establish a hospital wide infectioncontrol indicators’ bank, benchmarking against peer an********international hospitals;
根据医院的服务范围，建议并选择合适的感染控制指标，建立全院性的感染控制指标库，并与同行和国际医院进行比较；
8. Participate in the administration an******** of antibacterial druguse along with hospital relevant comm******** an********;
参与医院相关委员会、科室工作关于抗菌药物使用管理和评估；
9. Perform other duties as directe******** required.

任职要求：
1. College degree an********, medical background
大专及以上学历，医学专业
2. At least 3 years of hospital infection prevention & controlmanagement, familiar with national laws an******** relate********hospital infection management, familiar with hospital infectionprocesses, an******** experiences in receiving hospital infectionrelate******** is preferred.
至少3年以上医院感染预防和控制的管理经验，熟悉国家医院感染管理相关的法律法规，熟悉医院感染控制相关流程，拥有医院验收经历者尤佳。
