Job Description:
1. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate X-rays are taken for eachexamination in accordance with guidelines
2. Responsible for patient care, using lead protection whereappropriate, ensuring minimal exposure of radiation to the patient andto self
3. Responsible for the amount of radiation given to the patient to allowfor maximum image quality while protecting patient safety
4. Participate in meetings organized by government officials, andprovide updates to Chief Radiology and management team
5. Coordinate with health bureau and ensure our practices align withrules & regulations issued by related government
6. Support to set up SOPs and execute accordingly
7. Co-work with facility dept and ensure the operation with high qualitycontrol and maintenance of X-ray equipments
8. Responsible for recording and reporting equipment faults and defects
9. Train and supervise radiographers and support recruiting in technical components
10. Manage manpower utilization
11. Assist Chief Radiologist in selection and accreditation of externalradiology service suppliers and monitoring their service standards
12. Other duties deemed by Chief Radiology
Qualifications
1. Medical degree. Completed Specialist training in Radiology
2. Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in hospital or clinic,holding current Radiology license
3. Excellent written & oral English and Chinese
4. Professional appearance & demeanor, pleasant & outgoing personality
5. Customer focused, organized and detail-oriented
6. Good team player
7. Adaptability to fast pace environment
8. Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
