吴涛研究组（微系统与先进传感器实验室）现招聘博士后1名，汇报对象为研究组PI。研究组网页：********
吴涛研究组的研究方向有:
(a) 新型压电材料加工工艺与表征技术，包括：高机电耦合系数的氮化铝AlN薄膜加工工艺，表征与建模；
(b) 新型磁电材料加工工艺与表征技术，包括：高磁致伸缩系数的铁磁材料薄膜加工工艺，表征与建模；精密磁电测量，如材料的磁性参数测量，材料电参数测量，交直流磁场测量等。
(c) 新型传感器, 例如：基于AlN氮化铝谐振器的传感器，基于多铁态材料耦合效应的传感器等；



一、岗位职责：

1）独立从事课题研究；
2）撰写并发表研究论文；
3）协助PI组建实验室和培养研究生；
4）负责实验室的常规技术工作。


二、应聘要求：
1）微电子、电气工程、电子科学与技术、机电工程、精密仪器、自动化、物理或材料等相关专业博士学位或即将获得博士学位的应届毕业生，35周岁以内；
2）在相关领域的知名期刊发表过研究论文，有微纳加工经验优先；
3）富有创新意识和探索精神；
4）具有良好的协调沟通能力与团队合作精神；
5）具有良好的英文口头表达和读写能力；
6）身心健康，责任心强。
