一、主要职责：
1、独立从事课题研究；
2、撰写并发表顶级期刊/会议研究论文；
3、协助PI组建实验室和培养研究生；
4、协助经费申报及管理。

二、招聘条件：
1、拥有或即将获得电气工程、电力系统、电力电子或相关专业博士学位；拥有电力系统/微电网保护、故障定位、控制或优化等相关经验者优先；
2、在本领域的知名期刊发表过高质量研究论文；
3、具有良好的英文口头表达和写作能力；
4、良好的协调沟通能力与团队合作精神。
