POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general direction of the senior pharmaci******** ******** thepharmacist performs a variety of professional level functions to assistin providing patients with optimum pharmaceuticalcare.药剂师在高级药师/药学部主任的指导下从事药学专业工作，帮助病人并为病人提供最优的药学服务。

1.ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Provide optimal pharmacy service执行提供最理想的药学服务；

Provide dispensing an******** service to ensure medication isissue******** outpatien******** patients efficientlyan********，以确保正确的药物被有效地分配；

Assist in inventory management including restock, calculate cycle timean******** inventory check.协助库存管理，包括补货，库存周期计算及库存盘点；

Provide patient medication consultation an******** base******** doctor’sorder为患者提供有关如何正确用药及遵医嘱的咨询；

Assist superior pharmacist to do other assigne******** to assurepharmacy service quality.协助上级药师完成其他指定职责，确保药学服务质量；

Pharmacist in PIVAS adheres to safety requirements in the handlingan******** of chemotherapy an******** agents according to currentguidelines静脉药物配置中心的药师须遵守现有的标准，保证安全的调配包括化疗药物在内的其他制剂。

三、ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Entry Requirements：

Knowledge of common Chinese drug name, pharmacology, an******** ofdispensing process 熟知中文药品名称，药理学及调配过程。

Knowledge of government laws pertaining to ******** narcotics an********practice. 具备药品、麻醉剂和药学实践方面的法律知识。

Noble professional ethics 具备良好的职业道德品质。

Fluency in written as well as spoken in Chinese流利的中文书写及口语表达能力。

Basic knowledge in Word, Excel，basic concept of HIS基本掌握Word及Excel的使用，了解HIS的概念。

五、EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, an********/CERTIFICATIONS:

Entry Requirements：

Bachelor in Clinical Pharmacy or pharmacy 药学、临床药学全日制本科；

Minimum 2 year work experience in a hospital/communitypharmacy两年以上医院或社区医院药房相关经验。

Pharmacist License or above by Ministry of Health 卫生部颁发的药师（初级）及以上的职称。

Preferre******** / Exposure：

Bachelor or above in clinical pharmacy or pharmacy药学、临床药学全日制本科以上学历；

First degree is bachelor for master or above 硕士以上学历第一学历为全日制本科；

Narcotic license by ministry of health 上海卫生部门颁发的麻醉药品及精神药品证书；

Working experience in tertiary hospital pharmacy or internationalhospital pharmacy三级医院药房或国际医院药房工作经验；

Working experience in PIVAS有在静脉配置中心工作经验。
