POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility for this position is to ensure that patientsreceive great customer service for their experience at Jiahui. Assistpatients with dental service appointment scheduling an********customers’ enquiries or concerns.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Understand customers, anticipate their needs and be proactive to their needs
Service customers directly by doing daily rounds to assignedoutpatient clinics, inpatient wards provide excellent service tocustomers, initiate and build positive relationships with them
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on customer’s needs
Respond to complaints escalated by PA, manage and resolve customercomplaints professionally with courtesy
Be the bridge to clinical and admin team to improve the smoothness on operation
Feedback costumers’ needs to respective departments, outside of CRMscope
Identify new sales and business development opportunities.
Cross sell and upsell Jiahui services to customers
Feedback to MBD or any other relevant departments on service requestsfrom customers
Introduce Jiahui services to customers during interactions
Refer medical or clinical complains/issues to Q&S.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, an********:
More than 5 years of working experience in Customer Service with asimilar role
Proven good record in customer service
Service oriented person ,Good at interpersonal skills, able to handlecomplex relationship
Experienced with problem solving, resourceful, a creative problemsolver
Good at communication-at least bilingual, verbal and written
Experienced with problem solving, resourceful, a creative problem solver
Good in data collection, well organized
Good at stress management with high stress tolerance level
Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Eye for details
Strong in learning and adaptability
Computer savvy
