What are my responsibilities?

Mission: Responsible for 1st level incident support by telephone, ticketsystem, e-mail and/or onsite to en********, an******** level support toon-site application specialists for Siemens Imaging Advance********products

Dimension of function: Product application support (remote and/oron-site) an******** for SYNGO modality

Regional Support Center colleagues HSCs of the responsible BusinessUnits

Responsibility / Task********
Receive telephone, email an******** notification an******** necessaryaction by using problem solution techn******** setting prioritiesan******** re******** follow the complaint handling an********guidelines with prompt attention to internal an******** re******** toescalate problems to headquarter support center.

Demonstrate high degree of Clinical/Scientific expertise for relevantmodality aspects of designate******** Healthcare imaging or diagnosticproducts.

Analysis of the incident with help of the en******** or localapplications personnel, remote diagnostic an******** knowledge database

Take necessary action an******** it all in the Service ticketing system

Follow up action that have been taken an******** necessary modify them

Start escalation to the CS Headquarter Support Center (problemmanagement) with consideration of the escalation guideline

Documentation of the solution an******** new cases to the knowledgedatabase

Bring customer feedback into the Research an******** process

As require******** on behalf of Product E******** perform Initial and/orAdvance******** for Customers and/or Fiel******** personnel alike onsite an******** formal classroom sett******** an******** RegionalWorkshops.

20% of domestic an******** business travel is required.

Education: A university degree on medical relate******** with courseworkon medical imaging (e.g. Compute******** or MRI)

Experience: 1-3 years as radiology technologist or radiologist. Musthave basic knowledge on Information Technology an******** OperatingSystems. Experience on Siemens advance******** product is an advantage.

College English Ban******** or above. With goo******** an********communications sk******** both written an********. Able to translatemedical terms from Chinese to English an******** versa
