Responsibility 工作职责：
1. Assumes responsibility for the efficient an******** management ofrehabilitation services in the center including superv******** directingan******** employees of rehabilitation department.负责对该中心的康复服务进行高效盈利管理，包括对康复部门的员工进行监督、指导和管理。
2. Provides direct patient care as appropriate an******** in site ofservice. 根据情况需要和服务站点分配的任务，为患者提供直接护理。
3. Analyzes monthly department an******** therapist patient outcomesan******** employees in identifying strategies to improve outcomes asneeded. 每月对部门以及个体治疗师的患者结果进行分析，并在必要时为员工提供支持，帮助他们找出改善疗效的策略。
4. Assumes responsibility for employee management including h********performance ******** annual merit evaluat******** an******** per centerpolicies. 负责员工管理，包括按照该中心的政策来开展雇用、绩效改善、年度业绩评估以及解雇。
5. Assists with annual budget preparation an******** for meeting budgetgoals as establishe******** administering financial controls of revenuean********. 协助制定年度预算，并负责实现已制定的预算目标，包括对收入和支出进行财务管控。
6. Assists with orientation of new employees. 协助开展新员工入职培训。
7. Requirements 岗位要求：
1. The Director of Rehabilitation must possess a minimum of a bachelor’sdegree in a rehabilitation discipline. 康复总监最低须持有一个康复学科学士学位。
2. He/she must be able to practice in the Province an******** of thePeople’s Republic of China. 他/她必须能够在中国各省或地区执业。
3. He/she must also have a minimum of three years direct patient careexperience an******** year of managerial an******** experience.他/她还必须拥有至少三年的直接患者护理经验，以及两年的管理和行政经验。
