Job Purpose Statement

Pre-hospital Opening Stage:
1.Assist the Biomedical Engineer to function as the localrepresentatives at project site during the Pre- Hospital Opening stageto interact & interface with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)under the supervision & management of GMS-MEP.

Post Hospital Opening Stage:
1.To assist the biomedical engineer in performing plan preventivemaintenance / ******** cal******** comm******** evaluation an********maintenance on Biomedical Equipment.
2.To work closely with all other project consultants, contractors,departments an******** service providers to ensure the proper tenderevaluat******** equipment ******** ******** test******** comm********repair an******** of equipment for safe an******** operations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Results Areas for Pre-hospital Opening Stage under the supervision& management of GMS-MEP :
•Assist the Biomedical Engineer in coordination with localAuthority/DOH/MOH to ascertain the medical equipment relate********re******** application an********
•Assist the Biomedical Engineer in coordination with local Consultantsteam on matters requiring site coordination particularly withFitting-out contractor, ven******** Project Consultants, end-usersparticularly on the setup, arch******** building services an********path requirements for the medical equipment
•Assist the biomedical engineer in interaction & interfacing withlocal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
•to finalize an********-off on tender specifications (includingtechnology re******** quantity an******** location) an********evaluations
•to confirm the medical equipment listing for tender calling
•to be responsible to coordinate with relevant SMEs for justificationsfor user preferences, equipment usability an******** evaluationcr******** to complete the tender recommendations
•to confirm the medical equipment listing for purchase order issuance
•to finalize the ASE equipment relate********, layout, building servicesrequirements an******** drawings
•to confirm the medical equipment positioning matching therequire******** workflow for building services planning
•Communicate an******** with local Consultants team on matters requiringsite coordination particularly with main contractor, ven******** ProjectConsultants, Group Procurement, Projects & Construction Management(P&CM) team an******** Owner particularly on the arch********building services an******** path requirements for the ASEs.
•to finalise an********-off on tender specifications (includingtechnology re******** quantity an******** location) an********evaluations (base******** BTC Matrix)
•Sign-off on all Delivery Orders to verify receipt of all medicalequipment at site under the supervision/permission of BiomedicalEngineer
•To coordinate with equipment vendors for ******** ******** test********commissioning an********, an********-off on Delivery Or******** UserAcceptance Testing an******** documents for the purpose of equipmenthandover an******** with contracte******** terms
•Assist the Biomedical Engineer on Medical Equipment Asset Managementincluding plan an******** medical equipment distribution to finallocat******** inventory database setup an********-over to respectiveend-users

2.To ensure proper repair an******** done by contract service providers
3.To supervise an******** parts orders generate******** the department.

5.Assist the Biomedical Engineer in compliance with JCI an********procedures.
6.Assist the Biomedical Engineer in medical equipment plann********bu******** tender evaluat******** coor******** ******** ********test******** commissioning an******** of subsequent phasing of hospitalexpansion

Job Requirements

Professional Qualification********
•Goo******** e******** preferably University graduates. Possess adiploma in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
•At least 3 years of relate******** exper******** preferably inmultinational company.
•Have strongly relationships with team
•Knowledge of state hospital an******** hospital regulations
•Possess biomedical department operational experiences of minimum 3years

Skills & Knowledge:
•Certificate of College English Test – Level 6 preferre******** notnecessary
•Possess strong communication skills in spoken an******** in Mandarin.
•Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
•Hand-on technical knowledge in medical equipment maintenance.
•Ability to collect an******** ******** identify root of the problemsan******** recommendations to resolve.
•Possess team spirit working culture.
•Have service mentality.
