初级临床专家/康复治疗师

该职位可在上海或北京办公，需要出差，熟悉OT者优先。

1. Develops an******** physical therapy programs in collaboration withthe healthcare team consistent with the needs an******** of eachpatient.评估每位患者的现状和需求，制定和实施物理/作业/言语治疗计划。
2. Instructs an******** pat******** fam******** and/or other caregiversin the sk******** metho******** an******** of the physical therapyprogram.为患者、家人和/或其他护理者提供物理/作业/言语治疗计划的技能、方法和技艺的指导和培训。
3. Assists with clinical orientation an********. 协助临床入职培训和辅导。
4. Provides direct patient care with emphasis on modelling effectivecare delivery. 提供直接患者护理，其优质服务可为部门同事起到模范表率作用。
5. Participates with quality improvement programs to monitor the qualityan******** of clinical programs an********. 参与质量改进计划，从而监控临床计划和系统的质量及效率。
6. Performs other relate******** as required. 按照要求履行其他相关职责。

Requirements 任职要求：
1. Junior Clinical Specialist must be a graduate of an approve********of Rehabilitation in either a 3 or 4 year Rehab Therapist Program.初级临床专家必须是受认可康复学校3或4年康复治疗师课程的毕业生。
2. He/she must be able to practice in the Province an******** of thePeople’s Republic of China. Level 1 Junior Rehab Therapist Licensurerequired. Level 2 Rehab Therapist is preferred.他/她必须能够在中国各省或地区执业。要求持有康复治疗技术初级（师）执照。具有中级康复治疗师证书优先。
3. He/she must also have a minimum of three years direct patient careexperience. 他/她还必须拥有至少三年的直接患者护理经验。
4. Ability to read, wr******** speak an******** Mandarin an******** ispreferred. 具备普通话和英语的读、写、表达和理解能力者优先。
