岗位职责:
Direct patient care, learning skills an******** knowledge so that theymay become a full functioning Emergency Medicine physician.

职位概述
Emergency physicians often treat patients who have life-threateningconditions. The primary job functions are to resuscitate or stabilizepatients an******** either treat or refer them to the appropriatemedical departments. Emergency physicians often work as part of a team,with physicians of other specialties an******** members of the emergencyroom staff. Emergency physicians must evaluate a wide variety ofa******** sometimes with little to no information. They must be able tothink an******** quickly to make a tentative diagnosis an******** theappropriate course of treatment.
• EMTP (Emergency Medicine Training Program) fellows are responsible for: exam******** treating an******** patients while under supervision byour senior staff.
 Initial assessment an******** of patients (many of whom speak Englishbut not Chinese),
 Writing patient charts (in English at all times), monitoringpat******** interpreting bloo********, an******** medical procedureswith supervision.
 They will also atten******** teaching sessions (four hours per week,in English) an******** lectures at those sessions.
 Fellows also help develop an******** training programs for otherfellows an********.
 They are require******** regularly sit exams an********, an********rotate through many different departments in the UFH network an********.
• Salary will progress with passing of each tier. An estimate******** isone year for each tier but exact timing will depen******** the previousexperience level an******** of individual physicians.
