RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
1. Has overall authority for center operations production goals, monitornet y******** an******** improvement plans as required. Meet ********weekly an******** deadlines an******** operational an******** records.
从总体上监督浆站的运营生产目标, 监控净收益率, 并根据要求落实改进计划。 满足每日、每周和每月的期限要求, 并维护运营记录。
2. Manage all inventories to optimum levels by maximizing eff********customer service levels an******** investment. Support meeting ********weekly an******** deadlines an******** Center’s operational records.
管理所有库存，保持其在最优水平，并将效率最大化，提升客户服务水平同时将投资控制在最低水平。协助浆站完成每日、每周和月度任务要求并维护浆站运营记录。

监督浆源挽留和献浆率，保证有效的浆源流和优秀的客户服务水平，并根据要求针对浆源挽留和献浆率落实提升和改善措施
4. Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs an******** applicableregulations.
保证浆站运营在合规性方面复核公司SOP以及所有可适用法律法规的要求

JOB SPECIFICATIONS任职要求:
Education教育背景
1、 A bachelor or above degree in Business A******** Governmen********Relat******** B******** Medical Sc******** Pharmacy, B******** or otherrelevant ******** from top universities in China

Experience工作经验
2、Minimum 5 years exper******** among which 3 years supervisory orleadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities ofothers, in plasma industry or multinational companies required
