• Ensure hospital policies an******** are carrie******** properly.
• Interact an******** the relationship between pediatric staffan******** department staffs.
• Coordinate between medical staffs an******** staffs.
• Assist chairman of the department in the areas of focus to meet theirneeds
• Monitor nursing documentation regularly
• Ensure daily workflow is running smoothly.
• Supervise the quality of infection control.
• Act as hospital nursing supervisor as scheduled (see attache********description)
• Report to nursing administration department for nursing relevantissues when necessary

任职资格:
Qualification********
• Licensing Needed -- Registere******** in China
• Minimal Education Requirement- Bachelor degree of Nursing
• Minimal Experience Requirement - 10 years working experience inpediatric nurs******** above 5 years NICU exper******** Nursingmanagement experience preferred
• Complete department orientation an******** evaluation according topolicy
• BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS certification according to policy
